¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ At first, laying magnetic stripe on ¡¡¡¡¡¡paper with" LOUDA " type machine (roller ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡pressing), while the base film is released ¡¡¡¡from the substrate and pulled off.



¡ñ Recommended Process Condition:

Roller temperature£º110¡«140¡æ
Roller speed 6¡«10 meter/minute
The processing conditions are for the reference only. Their parameter should be adjusted base on spot conditions.

¡ñ Use and Characteristic:

The products, which have feature of cheap and anti-counterfeit, are widely used in paper card for airline boarding passes, expressway ticket and parking ticket.
